⚠️ In case of convex mirror we will take negative sign in case of U

So

⭕️ U = -20cm

⭕️ Radius of curvature

r = 30cm

f = R/2

= 30/2 = 15 cm

By the mirror formula

1/f=1/u+1/V

⭕️ 1/V =1/f -1/u

⭕️ 1/15 -1/(-20)

⭕️ 1/15 + 1/20

Cross multiplying

⭕️ 20 + 15

⭕️ 35

Divide by taking its reciprocal

⚠️ 300/35

⭕️ 60/7 ,....there for V = 60/7

By using the mirror formula and substiting the above values you will get your answer as ⚠️ V = 60/7

➡️ The image formed at a distance 60/7 cm is behind the mirror

⭕️ Nature of the image will be virtual and erect
