The image is formed at the same side of the mirror at the distance of 2.4 cm.

Explanation:

It is given that,

Object distance from the lens, u = -3 cm

Focal length of the concave lens, f = -12 cm

Let v is the image distance from the lens. Using the mirror's formula to find it,

\dfrac{1}{f}=\dfrac{1}{v}-\dfrac{1}{u}

\dfrac{1}{v}=\dfrac{1}{f}+\dfrac{1}{u}

\dfrac{1}{v}=\dfrac{1}{-12}+\dfrac{1}{-3}

v = -2.4 cm

So, the image is formed at the same side of the mirror at the distance of 2.4 cm. The formed image is virtual,erect and magnified.
