             (Focal Length)f= -12cm  

Lens formula=>   (1/f= 1/v-1/u)

                     => -1/12= 1/v-(-1/4)

                     => -1/12= 1/v+1/4

                     =>    1/v= -1/12-1/4

                     =>    1/v= (-3-1)/12

                     =>    1/v= -4/12

                     =>    1/v= -1/3

                     =>       v= -3

As we know magnification of Lens or m= v/u

So putting the values of v and  u we get => v/u = -3/-4 = 3/4 = 0.75.

Therefore the magnification of Image is 0.75.
