When and object is placed at centre of curvature irrespective of mirror either concave or convex or plane mirror, The image will be formed at centre of the curvature only, But in plane mirror you get only lateral inversion !
Distance of centre from pole = Radius of curvature,
According to the data, The radius of curvature = 20cm,
So, The object is placed at 20 cm,
by the above statement , The image will be formed at centre of curvature on the other side inverted !
So the image is formed from pole at a distance of 20cm,
If you need proof, Please construct ray diagram !
