Nature of Image : Real, Inverted and of same size

Explanation:

object distance u = - 10 cm

focal length f = - 5 cm   (∵ concave mirror)

By Mirror formula

\frac{1}{v} + \frac{1}{u} = \frac{1}{f}

1/v  - 1/10 = - 1/5

1/v = 1/10 - 1/5 = -1/10

∴ v = - 10 cm

Image distance is 10 cm in front of the mirror

Magnification m= -v/u = -(-10)/(-10) = -1

Since m is negative image is real and inverted.

Nature of Image : Real , Inverted and of same size as that of object.
