sorry it is the wrong answer sorry.

But it is conformly concave mirror.

thanusrig279: Isn't the formula 1/v+1/u=1/f? You've got the formula wrong buddy
SREEJASANKAR: Thank you to give me the information. now i will do it

Mirror Formula:

 \frac{1}{v}   +  \frac{1}{u}  =  \frac{1}{f}
Where 'v' is distance of the image from the pole, 'u' is distance of the object from the pole and 'f' is the focal length.

 \frac{1}{5}   +   ( - \frac{1}{25})  =  \frac{1}{f}  \\  \frac{5 - 1}{25}  =  \frac{1}{f}  \\ f = 6.25cm

The mirror is convex as focal length of a convex mirror is positive.
