If object is thrown up at velocity 60 m/s then

u = 60 m'/s

v = 0

t = 6 seconds

accelaration = v-u/t

                     = 0-60/6

                     = -10m/s^

s( distance) = ut + 1/2 a (t)^

s = 60 x 6 + 1/2 x -10 x 36

s = 360 -180

s = 180m
