An object is vibrating 3000 times in 1 min. If the velocity of sound in air is 350 m/s, find the (i) Frequency in hertz (ii)wavelength of sound​

1) No. of vibration :- 3000

time taken for vibration:- 1min = 60 sec

frequency (v) =

 \frac{no.of \: vibration  \ \ }{time \: taken}

 \frac{3000}{60}

= 50 Hz

2) velocity of the wave

v = 350 m/sec

frequency = 50 Hz

using the formula

v =Λ λ

wavelength λ = v/v

350/50 = 7m
