Here, F = 10cm
u = -5 cm
v = ?

We know that 1/f = 1/u + 1/v
So, 1/10 = 1/(-5) + 1/v
1/10 + 1/5 = 1/v
3/10 = 1/v
10/3 = v

So the image is formed 10/3 cm back of the mirror.
We have used Convex mirror so the image is virtual and erect and diminished as the image is always so in the case of convex lens.

Hope it helps

1/f=1/u+1/v

1/10=1/5+1/v

1=2+10/v

-2=10/v

-2/10=1/v

v=-5cm

so the image is formed 5 cm beyond the mirror
