object distance u = -20 cm

focal length  f = 15 cm

after applying the lens formula

1/f = 1/v - 1/u

1/15 = 1/v + 1/ 20

1/15 - 1/20 = 1/v

1/60 = 1/v

hence the image distance will be 60 cm on the right hand side of the lens

m = - v/u

   = -60/-20

   =   +3

therefore the image will be enlarged
