Frequency is the rate at which the waves pass a fixed point. Or the no of vibrations per second.

In the given question 20 vibrations happen in 20 seconds so number of vibration occuring in one second is

20/20  =1

So Frequency is 1 hz

Si unit of frequency is hertz

Time period is the time taken to complete one vibration

So again

20/20 =1 sec \:  \:

Also

 T=1/f

so

1/1=1

Time period = 1 second

The audible range of human is 20hz -20000hz.As the frequency is only 1 hz humans cannot hear this sound.

This sound comes under infrasonic range .

The sounds waves with frequency less than 20hz are called infrasonic sound and the sound waves with frequency more than 20000 hz are called ultrasonic sound.
