Explanation :
If velocity is constant speed cannot vary. So option a is incorrect.
In a uniform circular motion velocity varies but speed remains constant . 
Since velocity varies acceleration is non zero.
So b and d are correct.
Without changing in varying velocity, we cannot have acceleration. So option c is incorrect.
