Average speed = Total distance ÷ Total time

Since, both the times have been given in minutes so we need to convert them into seconds..

So 3min= 180 sec
4min= 240 sec

Therefore,
average speed = 20+30 ÷ 180+240
= 50÷420
=0.1190 m/s
