Given :-

  • An object moves 26meter in first 3 second and 16meter in next 3second while it travels 18 meter in the last 3 second.

To find :-

  • Average speed

Solution :-

In first case

  • Distance travelled (D1) = 26m
  • Time taken (t1) = 3s

In second case

  • Distance travelled (D2) = 16m
  • Time taken (t2) = 3s

In third case

  • Distance travelled (D3) = 18m
  • Time taken (t3) = 3s

As we know that

Average speed = Total distance

travelled/total time taken

→ Average speed = D1 + D2 + D3/t1 + t2 + t3

→ Average speed = 26 + 16 + 18/3 + 3 + 3

→ Average speed = 60/9

→ Average speed = 6.6 m/s

Hence,

  • Average speed of abject is 6.6 m/s

Answer:

Given:-

  • Average speed of an object

Solution:-

In first case

  • Distance travelled (D1) =26cm
  • Time travelled (t+1) = 35

In second case

  • Distance travelled (D2) = 16m
  • Time taken (t+2) = 35

In third case

  • Distance travelled (D3) =18cm
  • Time taken (+2)= 35

As we know that :-

Average speed= total distance travelled / total time taken

Average speed = D1+D2+D3/ t1+ t2+t3

Average speed =26+16+18/3+3+3

Average speed =60/9

Average speed=6.6m/s

Hence,

average \: speed \: of \: obect \: is \: 6.6ms

hope it help uh dear✌࿐
