an object moves along a square boundary of side 30 m such that it completes 1 round in 20 secs. Find distance, displacement, speed and velocity after time 1 min 30 secs

Answer:

In one round perimeter of the square is covered

Perimeter =4×30= 120 m

This distance is covered in 20 sec

Velocity =speed= 120/20= 6m/sec

1 min 30 sec= 90 sec

In 90 sec distance covered =90×6=540 m

Since the perimeter is 120 distance covered in 1 round

540/120 =9/2 = 4 and half round

Because of half round, The displacement will be diagonal =30√3
