an object moves in straight line with acceleration of 2 m/s^2 . if its intial speed in 10 m/s , what will be its speed 5 s later ?

a= v-u/t
where v is the final velocity
a is acceleration
u is the initial velocity and
t is time
given t= 5s
a=2m/s^2
u=10m/s
putting the values in formula
a= v-u/t we get
2=v-10/5
10=v-10
v=20
the speed after 5s is 20
