Average speed = (Total doistance travelled) / ( Total time taken)

So,

Average speed = (10+10)/(2+3)

=(20/5)

=4 m /min

According to the second law of motion,

S = ut + (1/2)×a×t^2

1000m = (0×20) +(1/2)×a× 20 sec×20sec

1000 = 200a

So,

a = (1000/200) m/sec^2

a = 5 m/sec^2
