NO, it does not posses uniform velocity
Bcoz velocity is vector.
It has magnitude and direction

While moving on circular path, its directio is
continously changing and along tangent
bcoz of change in direction velocity is not
uniform but speed may be

No,it doesn't.

Remember velocity is a vector quantity and it depends magnitude and direction.So,by this we can easily know that the velocity in this case is constantly changing since in a circular path,the direction is changing.
