Intial velocity=v1=5m/seast wards  

                                 

then after time t=10sec              

                                       

v2=5m/s north wards                                    

                                                                

δv=V12+V22

         =25+25

         =52

acceleration a=timevelocity

                     =1052 

                     =22×22

                     =21towards n-w

a =  \frac{v - u}{t}

a = \frac{20 - 5}{10}

a =  \frac{15}{10}

a=1.5m/s²
