the mass is = 10kg

velocity is = 5m/s

kinetic energy = 1/2*mass*square of velocity

                       =1/2*10*(square of)5

                       =5*25

kinetic energy = 125

energy units joules

so ,

the answer to this question is 125joules of kinetic energy of 10kg mass object moving with a velocity of 5m/s.
