GIVEN THAT

▪︎focal length of a concave mirror(f)=10 cm

▪︎distance of the object (u)=15 cm

▪︎height of the object=6 cm

_____________________________________________

By using mirror formula,

 \frac{1}{f}  =  \frac{1}{v}  +  \frac{1}{u}

 \frac{1}{ - 10}  =  \frac{1}{v}  +  \frac{1}{ - 15}

 \frac{1}{v}  =  \frac{1}{ - 10}   + \frac{1}{ - 15}

 \frac{1}{v}  =  \frac{ - 3 + 2}{30}

v =  - 30

▪︎Since image distance is negative therefore it is real and inverted

Now, magnification

 =  \frac{ - v}{u}

 =  \frac{ - 30}{15}  =  - 2

▪︎Now, since magnification is greater than 1 ,therefore image is magnified .

Also, m=H of image /H of object

2 =  \frac{h \: of \: image}{6}

◆ Therefore, height of image =12 cm
