1/f = 1/v + 1/u

1/-10 = 1/v + 1/-15

1/-10 + 1/15 = 1/v

1/v = - 3 + 2/30

1/v = -1/30

v = -30

The image will be formed at 30cm

1/f =1/v =1/4

1/f +1/4 = 1/v

= 1/10 - 1/15 =1/v

= 3-2/30 =1/v

= 1/30 =1/v

= v = 30cm

= v/u = h1 /4

= _3×4 =h1

= h1 = -12cm
