An object of height 10 cm is placed infront of a plane mirror of height 8 cm. What will be the height of image formed? Taking the distance of object from the mirror 6 cm, draw the ray diagram

Answer:

If an object is placed in front of a plane mirror, the size of the object remains same. This is the property of plane mirror. So the height of the object will be 10cm only.
