h = 5cm , u = -10cm , f = +10cm , v = ?? , m = ??

here , 1/f = 1/v + 1/u

so, 1/v = 1/f - 1/u = 1/10 - (1/-10) = 1/5 cm

so v = 5 cm

now,

m = -v / u = - 5/ -10 = 0.5

so image distance is 5 cm behind the mirror n the magnification is 0.5 .
