Height of the object=4cm
u=-20cm
f=-15cm
1/f=1/u+1/v
-1/15=-1/20+1/v
-1/15+1/20=1/v
-4/60+3/60=1/v
-1/60=1/v
V=-60cm the image is in the front of the Mirror

To find height of image
Height of image / height of object=-v/-u
HI/4=-30/-20
Minus sign and 0 would be cut
HI=3x4/2
HI=6cm
It is real,inverted and diminished

Hope it helped
