By using mirror formula:

1/f=1/v+1/u
after putting value of u and f we get v
v=-80cm
M (magnification)=-v/u
m=-(-80)/-80
m=-1
that is image is real and inverted...
h/h'=m
5/h'=-1
h'=-5
