Height of object, h = 6cm

R = 30cm

f = R/2

f = 15cm

Distance of object, u = – 10cm

using mirror formula

1/f = 1/u + 1/v

1/15 = 1/–10 + 1/v

1/15 + 1/10 = 1/v

(2+3) /30 = 1/v

5/30 = 1/v

1/6 = 1/v

v = 6cm

We know

– V / U = h' / h

(where h'is height of image and h is height of object)

– 6 / – 10 = h' / 6

(6 / 10) × 6 = h'

36 / 10 = h'

3.6 cm = h'

Ans : Height of the image is 3.6cm

Hope the solution is clear to you!!
