As per first equation of motion

v = u+at

where u is initial velocity

here initial velocity will be taken as the velocity at the end of 3sec

Since we need to find velocity at end of 4 sec

The differnce in time between initial and final velocity will be 4-3= 1 second. So t = 1sec

and a is acceleration which in this case is g = 9.8 m/s^2

v = 29.4 + (9.8 x1)

v = 39.2 m/s
