Final momentum is mass × velocity 10× 8 =80 kgm/s

final momentum = mass * final velocity = 10 kg * 8 m/s
                         = 80 kg-m/s

Initial velocity, time to reach final velocity will help find acceleration and then  the force applied on the object.
