An object of mass 100 kg is accelerated uniformly from a velocity of 5 m/s to 8 m/s in 6 seconds. Calculate the (1)-External unbalanced force on the object (2)-Force required to stop the object (3)-Calculate the displacement of an object after 4 sec (4)- Final velocity of object after 10 seconds?

mass of the object = 100 kg.

time taken = 6 sec.

initial velocity = 5 m/s.

final velocity = 8 m/s.

initial momentum of the object = 100*5=500 kg.m/s.

final momentum of the object =  100*8=800 kg.m/s.

force required = rate of change of momentum / time taken.

force=(800 - 500) / 6

force=300/6

force= 50 N.
