mass =10 kg
h = 5 m
now energy at 5 m =mgh =potential energy
= 10×10×5
=500 Joule
again energy when object at 2 m= k.e
so 1/2 ×10 ×10^2. (taking g = speed of object)
=500 joule
when object touches the ground energy will be distributed on the ground.i.e the kinetic energy of object.
