An object of mass 12kg is at a certain height above the ground. If the potential energy is 480J at the top, find its potential energy and kinetic energy at the ground. Also find the height at which the object is with respect to the ground. (Take g = 10m/s2)

given: m = 12 kg, PE = 480 J, g = 10m/sec²

to find: PE and KE at the ground and Height h

PE = mgh

=> 480 = 12 * 10* h

=> h = 480/12*10

=> h = 4 metres Answer

PE at ground = mgh

=> 12*10*0 => 0 Answer

[ at ground h = 0]
