Answer:

ANSWER

m=16kg,a=3m/s

2

F=m×a

F=16×3=48N

Now , F = 48 N , m = 24 kg

F=m×a

48=24×a

a=2m/s

Correct Question !!

An object of mass 16 kg is moving acceleration of 3 m/. What is the applied force. If the force applied on an object of

24N how much acceleration will be the object have ??

Given:-

  • Mass of object ,m = 16kg

  • Acceleration ,a = 3m/s²

  • Force ,F = 24 N

To Find :-

  • Force (in 1st case)
  • Acceleration (In 2nd case)

Solution:-

We know that Force is the Product of mass and Acceleration .

• F = ma

where,

F is the Force

m is the mass

a is the acceleration

For 1st Condition!!

F = ma

Substitute the value we get

➨ F = 16×3

➨F = 48 N

Therefore, the Force applied on the object is 48 Newton.

In 2nd Case !!

we have to Calculate the acceleration of the object

• F = ma

Substitute the value we get

➨ 24 = 16 × a

➨ 24/16 = a

➨ a = 24/16

➨ a = 3/2

➨ a = 1.5m/s²

Therefore, the acceleration of the object is 1.5 m/.
