Explanation:

force applied on 16 kg mass

= 16*3 = 48 newton

if 48 newton force is applied on 24 kg

then accln = 48/24 = 2 m/sec^2

Answer:

2m/s^2

Explanation:

F=ma

m= 16kg

a=3m/s^2

F=16*3=48N

Now,

F=48N

m=24kg

F=ma

a=F/m

a=48/24 = 2m/s^2
