an object of mass 16kg is moving with an acceleration of 3m/s2 . calculate the applied force . if the same force is applied on an object of mass 24kg how much will be the acceleration. Solve the problem

Given --
mass = 16kg
acceleration = 3m/s²
But since --
force \: = mass \times acceleration
or,
f = m \times a
Force = 16 × 3 = 48 N
Now for --
mass = 24kg
force = 48 N
acceleration will be = force/mass
Therefore, acceleration = 48/24 = 2m/s²
So the answer, is acceleration = 2m/s².
