Answer:

Mass of the object = 1kg

value of g = 10m/s

Force = mass × gravitation

= m×g

= 1 × 10

= 10N

Maximum height attend by the object ( Displacement) = 6m

Work done by gravity =

Force × displacement × cos180°

[cos180° Bcoz of when object is moving in one direction and the force is opposing in opposite direction then the angle between force and Displacement is 180°.]

Work done by gravity = 10 × 6 × -1

since, [cos180° = -1]

= - 60 joule
