In general, the mass will remain the same everywhere so its mass on moon will be 2 kg and always remember that mass does not depend on its surrounding.


When the mass of one of the objects is doubled as well as the force of gravity between them is doubled.


Even the gravitational force is inversely proportional to the square of the separation distance.
