Mass of an object (m)= 20kg

Velocity of an object (v)= 5m/s

Kinetic energy possessed by an object (KE) = ?

Solution

KE = 1/2 × m × v ^ 2

KE = 1/2 × 20 × 5^2

KE = 1/2 × 20 × 25

KE = 250J

The kinetic energy possessed by an object is 250J.
