An object of mass 3 kg is at rest.if a force F= (6t²i+4tj) N is applied on the object , then the velocity of the object at t=3 s is -------m/s.please explain with clear explanation..:-)

f=ma or m dv/dt so to get velocity we write dv=(f/m)dt
now we integrate both sides with limits 0 to 3 to get the velocity
that gives us:(2t^3 + 2t^2)/m
putting the values we get the right answer
:)

sweetygannerla: can you tell me the answer in vector form ?
sweetygannerla: the answer is (18i+6j)...i dont get it
rishi12398: after integrating we got v=(2t^3i +2t^2j)/3 where i,j are vectors along x,y axis and v is velocity vector , 3 is the mass
rishi12398: putting t=3 we get the answer!
