an object of mass 50kg is accelerated uniformly from a velocity of 4m/s to 8m/s in 8sec. Find the magnitude of the force excreted on the object

First , find acceleration :

a=v-u/t ---> 8-4/8 = 0.5m/s square

Now, find force :

F=ma

= 50 x 0.5

= 25 N

Force= Mass × acceleration

Given-

Mass=50kg
t=8sec
V=8m/s
u=4m/s

We need to find acceleration,
V=u+at
This give
8=4+8a
a=1/2

Now force

=50×1/2
=25N
