An object of mass 50kg is accelerated uniformly from a velocity of 4ms-1 to8ms-1 in 8sec. calculate the intial and final momentum of the object . Also find the magnitude if the force exerted on the object

am doing this directly
u=4m/s
v=8m/s
time take or t =8sec
mass of object =50kg
initial momentum = m×u
= 50×4 = 200kgm/s
final momentum = m×v
=50×8 = 400kgm/s
acceleration = v-u/t
=8-4/8
=1/2 m/sec square
F =ma
= 50 × 1/2
=25 N
