Gravity (g) = 10 ms^-1

Formula:

K.E = mgh

     = 80 * 10 * 8

     = 80*80

     = 6400 J this is for 1 one complete motion/Fall from the hight

But in the question they asked K.E at 3/4th position

so = 3/4 * 1 complete motion

    = 3/4 * 6400

    =  3* 1600

   =  4800 J

Hence 4800 j is the required final answer
