Let KE in 1st condition be x
x = 1/2* mv^2 = 200J
Let KE in 2nd case be x'
v' = v
m' = 2m
x' = 1/2*m*v^2
x' = 2(1/2*m*v^2)
x' = 2(1/2*m*v^2)
x' = 2 * x
x' = 2 * 200 J
x' = 400 J
Therfore Kinetic Energy = 400 J
