An object of size 2 end is placed at 25cm in front of a concave mirror.if the magnification produced by the mirror is 4.what is the size of the image?

Ans:- 8
m=h'/h
4=h'/2
h'=8

u=-25cm
m=4
this means
h2=4h1
v=?
we know that
h2/h1=v/u
now put the value
4h1/h1=v/-25
4/1=v/-25
v=-25*4
v=-100cm
now,
h2/h1=v/u
h2/2=-100/-25
h2=4*2
h2=8cm
