an object of size 5 cm in kept in front of a converging lens of focal length 10 cm.it is placed at a distance of 25 cm from its optical center. calculate the distance of the image from the lens and size of the image

Answer: An object 5 cm in length is held 25 cm away from a converging lens of focal length 10 cm. Draw the ray diagram and find the position, size and the nature of the image formed. Ans. Hence, the image formed at 16.67 cm from the lens on the other side.
