Most appropriate answer to this question is that object Q has an acceleration as velocity is changing with respect to time.

As P is moving with constant velocity, it has no acceleration. But Q's velocity is changing. We need some amount of acceleration to change velocity. Therefore, object Q has acceleration.

MridulAhi1234: in question it is given that P's velocity is constant
Sunandit: but then
Sunandit: y did u wrote conatant speed in ur answer.
MridulAhi1234: in circular motion, velocity is constantly changing
MridulAhi1234: oh!
Sunandit: check ur answer
Sunandit: lo
Sunandit: lol
MridulAhi1234: I've corrected it now
