we know, total energy of object is given by T.E=\frac{1}{2}\kappa A^2
where \kappa is the force constant and A is the amplitude of object.

given,
\kappa=10N/m
A=3cm=3\times10^{-2}m

so, T.E = 1/2 × 10 × (3 × 10^-2)²

= 1/2 × 10 × 9 × 10^-4

= 0.0045 J
