a=10m/s²

u=0

v=28m/s

Since object undergoes uniform acceleration,

So laws of motion can be applied.

Since v=u+at

=>28=0+10t

=>28=10t

=>t=2.8seconds.

So average velocity =u+v/2

=>Average velocity=0+28/2

=>Average velocity=14m/s

Hope it is helpful.
