An object starting from rest accelerates uniformly along a straight line at the rate of 10 m/s2for 3 seconds. It moves for 3 seconds with uniform velocity of 30m/s. Then it retards uniformly and comes to rest in 4s. Draw the velocity-time graph of the object and find the total distance travelled by the object.

=1/2×50×(10+2)

=300m
