distance = Speed × time
100 = Speed × 10
100/10 = Speed
10m/s = Speed


In the second case,
distance = Speed × time
distance = 10 × 5
distance = 50m

now the total distance it covers in
10+5 seconds = 15 seconds
is 100 +50=150
